Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. All credit card entries, regardless of method submitted, are processed through the Fax program and are charged the $4.50 processing fee. This Fax Fee is subject to change without notice. Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to MB-F, Inc. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and under will be made. A Recording Fee of 50¢ will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. This Recording Fee is to be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the event's Show Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent's Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted. | ||

For confirmation of reservations, please include a self-addressed, stamped postcard with your check and reservation application. Parking spaces will be assigned in the order received. Requests for parking together MUST be sent together. Everyone using the parking areas will be expected to leave the parking areas clean. 1. PAVED LOT _ $30.00 per night. All spaces in this area will be assigned in the order received. Spaces are 20' x 36'. All set-ups must be within the reserved spaces. If requesting 2 spaces, please indicate whether side-by-side or end-to-end. When lot is full, overflow will be assigned to the field.
2. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE SELF-CONTAINED.
3. A limited number of electrical hook-ups will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

CRATES AT RINGSIDE Crates will be allowed at ringside during judging of their breed ONLY.
GROOMING 1. A Day-of-Show grooming area will be provided. All grooming areas will be pre-taped. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Clubs reserve the right to require exhibitors to move or arrange equipment. Initial setup for day-of-show grooming will open at 12:00 Noon Wednesday. Setup will open at 6:00 A.M. and close at 11:00 P.M. on each succeeding day. Dogs may not be left overnight in any building. No exercise pens will be allowed within the Show Building. 2. Exercise pens will be allowed in Expo Building. Initial setup will begin at 12:00 Noon Wednesday. (No exceptions). 3. The Clubs will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability for dogs or equipment within the show limits. 4. Exhibitors and Handlers will be responsible for keeping the area clean around their crates, set-ups and parking spaces. Failure to clean up after your dog will result in action that may cost you your showing privilege. Please clean up grooming and parking spaces before departure. 5. Grooming rules will be posted. Violators can be required to vacate the building, and violation of rules may result in an Event Committee Hearing.
QUIET HOURS 1. Exhibitors and guests who remain within/upon the show grounds are requested to observe quiet hours after 11:00 P.M. and until 6:00 A.M., as a courtesy to others. 2. Generators may not be used during the above hours.
ADDITIONAL RULES 1. Should the Eugene or McKenzie Event Committees determine that any dog enclosed in a vehicle is in any danger, we reserve the right to break into that vehicle. Anyone parking in show site parking lots must accept full responsibility for damages should this occur. 2. Each exhibitor must pick up after his/her own dog. If in the ring, steward will hold your dog. These are "scoop it yourself" shows. 3. THERE SHALL BE NO DRILLING NOR INTENSIVE OR CORRECTIVE TRAINING OF DOGS ON THE SHOW GROUNDS OR PREMISES. 4. NOTICE: All rights to TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit these events are vested in the Clubs, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the Clubs. All persons and animals on the Show grounds at any time while the shows are in progress do, by attending these shows or participating therein, grant to the clubs the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent. 5. The Clubs are not responsible for the actions or products of the commercial vendors at these shows. 6. Alcoholic Beverages: City of Eugene Ordinance prohibits consumption of alcoholic beverages in Fairgrounds buildings. | ||

CONCESSIONS Concession space at these shows is open to any Vendor in good standing with the AKC (NOT by invitation only) for the retailing of dog-related supplies and services. Reservations must be made on the form provided in this Premium List and received, with fees, by the Vending Chairman no later than August 20, 2003. Spaces will be assigned appropriate to Vendor's product and may not be reassigned without permission from the Vending Chairman. No dogs are allowed inside vending areas. The Clubs reserve the right to refuse space to any Vendor not complying with these terms.
NOTE: THE VENDING FEE DOES NOT COVER PARKING Vendors staying on the grounds must make reserved overnight parking arrangements with the Parking Chairman. Those not staying on the grounds may pay Day Parking and park in that area. VENDING FEES $30.00 per each 10 feet, per day _ $15.00 per each additional 5 feet, per day ($120.00 minimum for weekend). Table rental $10.00 per day.
