Best Puppy Competition Monday & Tuesday Best Puppy will be awarded from the First Place winners in the Puppy Classes ONLY immediately following each breed. If the Best of Breed is awarded to a dog/bitch coming from the Puppy Class for that breed, the Best Puppy win is automatic. Best Puppy Group will be judged following the Variety Group that included that breed. First through Fourth Place in each Group will be awarded, with the Group Winner going on to Best Puppy in Show. Special Notice Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. All exhibitors will be held responsible for the condition and cleanliness around their set-ups and parking area. Rudeness or abusive language will not be tolerated. Any infractions will be referred to the Event Committee for appropriate action and may be refused entry and/or parking at future shows. Curfew: All generators Must be shut off and dogs must be kept quiet after 10:00 P.M. NO PARKING IN FIRELANES OR IN ANY AREA NOT DESIGNATED FOR RESERVED OR DAY PARKING. Crates may be at ringside during their breed judging ONLY. Please help us keep our grounds clean and free of damage so we may use the facility next year. How To Use The Entry Blank Use one entry blank per dog only if information is the SAME for each day. Carefully check the block (blocks) for each show in which you wish to enter your dog. You MUST use a separate entry blank if you are entering your dog in a different class on different days. RVs must protect the grass from generator exhaust. The reserved parking gate will be opened at 12:00 noon Sunday. All gates will be closed at 11:00 P.M. Sunday and Monday nights. All reserved parking MUST vacate the grounds within two hours after Best In Show on Tuesday. Reservations sent in with the incorrect length of vehicle wil be put into overflow parking area.
Rules & Regulations All exhibitors are responsible for clean-up of their parking space and all trash and garbage bags are to be dumped in the nearest dumpster - NOT LEFT IN YOUR SPACE! Those wishing to park together MUST send reservations together (same envelope). All vehicles MUST VACATE the grounds two hours AFTER Best In Show on Tuesday, weather permitting. The Parking Committee will assign places in the order that they are received but reserves the right to park vehicles by size and need as to best benefit the operation of the show and inflict the least amount of damage to the grounds as possible.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Telegraph, Telephone (Except Dial-N-Entry) and Unsigned Entries Cannot Be Accepted. Entries Not On Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Mail All Entries With Fees to MB-F, Inc., Superintendent, P.O. Box 22107, Greensboro, North Carolina 27420. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. Should such acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please notify the MB-F Office to which you sent your entries. Visa/Mastercard number, expiration date, cardholder's name must appear on each entry. Fax entries must be received by the closing hour/date. Fax fee: $4.50 per entry in addition to entry fee. All credit card entries, regardless of method submitted, are processed through the Fax program and are charged the $4.50 processing fee. This Fax Fee is subject to change without notice. Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to MB-F, Inc. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and under will be made. A Recording Fee of 50¢ will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. This Recording Fee is to be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the event's Show Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent's Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted. Due to limited space there will be NO grooming at ringside. Crates MUST be removed as soon as Breed Judging is completed. | ||
