	ATTENTION EXHIBITORS Twin State Kennel Club of Bristol reserves the right to substitute any unavailable trophy with one of equal value. Twin State Kennel Club of Bristol will not be responsible for personal belongings. Trophy cards will be given to the individual handling the dog in the ring & trophies may be obtained at the trophy table at any time prior to Group Judging. All trophies must be picked up before Group Judging. NONE will be mailed. NO Space for unentered dogs at this show. THE GROUNDS CHAIRMAN AND Twin State Kennel Club of Bristol OFFICERS HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REQUIRE THE OWNERS/OPERATORS TO MOVE THEIR ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES. ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AWAY AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. There will be no grooming or crates allowed in the Show Building. Grooming area will be located in a separate building adjacent to the Show Building. There will be no parking at the front or rear of the Commercial Exhibits Building. This building will be used for grooming; therefore, this area must be kept clear for loading and unloading. NO DOGS LEFT IN BUILDING OVERNIGHT. We expect each and everyone to observe good housekeeping practices and reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who does not adhere to this request. There will be plenty of plastic bags and trash cans supplied. Please help us to keep the show site clean so we can return next year. Camper Parking and/or Hookups available. Cash only. No checks. No campers will be allowed on the show site on Thursday, May 18, 2000. No exceptions! (Also includes vendors). No saving parking or Hook-up spaces (no cones or ropes). Limited Handicap parking for motor homes available on first come basis. No Smoking allowed in the building. No strollers allowed in show building. For the convenience of the exhibitors, the show grounds will be available after 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2000. The gates will close at 12:00 Midnight on each evening and reopen at 6:00 A.M. on each morning May 19, 20 and 21 except for emergencies. Dogs cannot be left in the building overnight (after the show hours).

	Single copies of the latest editions of the ''Rules Applying to Dog Shows/Registration and Discipline'' and "Obedience Regulations" may be obtained WITHOUT CHARGE from any Superintendent at shows where they are superintending or from THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB, 5580 CENTERVIEW DR., RALEIGH, NC 27606-3390. AGREEMENT I (we) acknowledge that the "Rules Applying to Dog Shows/Registration and Discipline" and, if this entry is for an obedience trial, the "Obedience Regulations," have been made available to me (us), and that I am (we are) familiar with their contents. I (we) waive any and all claims, causes of action, I (we) might otherwise have against the AKC and any AKC approved judge, judging at this show, under AKC Rules, Regulations and Guidelines." I (we) agree that the club holding this show or obedience trial has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem to be sufficient. 	1. (Variety) If you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition; Dogs that are Champions of Record and dogs which according to their owners records, have completed the requirements for a championship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competition is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Dog Show Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the dog show class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a show closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any show for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to A.K.C. (For complete rule refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.) 	NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Telegraph, Telephone and Unsigned Entries Cannot Be Accepted. Entries Not On Official AKC Entry Forms and Photocopies of Entry Forms without Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Mail All Entries With Fees to MB-F, Inc., Superintendent, P.O. Box 22107, Greensboro, North Carolina 27420. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. Should such acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please notify the MB-F Office to which you sent your entries. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and under will be made. A Recording Fee of 50¢ will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. This Recording Fee is to be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Recording Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2). No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Event Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent's Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted.
