During her show career, she earned a total of 17 points under 10 judges--including a 5-pt major under MR. ELLIOTT B. WEISS. She is a BOB and multiple BOS winner. There will always be a spot in Oneida’s heart for Justin, her boy who wanted nothing more than to hunt with her by day and love her up by night. But when a family situation prevented that dream from being realized, Oneida found a new home with Elaine in Alaska. Elaine says Oneida is a joy to live with. She loves to play in the backyard; hunting, running and jumping, and then will come into the house to find a spot on the couch or a lap for the rest of the day. She has the energy and drive to run or hunt yet is very calm and well mannered. Oneida never met a stranger--be it two-legged or four. She loves new people and dogs equally. Oneida earned her CGC award recently and is currently enjoying obedience classes and will begin Therapy Dog training in the fall. Oneida also looks forward to getting started in agility and tracking.
