Merlot earned his 1st major at 7 months of age and had 3 while under the age of 9 months. He finished his championship from the BBE classes the week of his 1st birthday with a 4th major and BOB. Quite an accomplishment for a dog whose owner was a 1st time breeder and a 1st time handler. 2008 plans for Merlot include some light specialing.Ranked #13 in breed and all breed in 2008 in 1/2 yr of showing (cc/royalcanin systems). 2009- currently #2 in breed & #3 all breed--multi group winner, Best in Show and Best in Specialty Show winner.
