He achieved this honor at one year of age at The International Temperament Test in Atlanta, GA under the expert guidance of his owner, Ann Terry. "PETE" was listed in "The Top Twenty Tibetan Spaniels" in 2003-2005 and was "A Top-Ten Tibetan Spaniel* through September 2005"! He was always Owner/Handled in very limited showing.
