I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin.  In kindergarten, our teacher taught us the Packer Fight Song, I learned to drive in the Lambeau Field parking lot, where my high school played our home games. I've exhibited and bred English Springer Spaniels under the kennel name of Felstar since 1983.   Four consecutive generations of AKC champion Felstar Springers have finished their Companion Dog titles in three straight shows. Many Felstar Springers, especially those used for breeding, have been titled in conformation, obedience, rally, and agility. My husband, Dave Bronikowski, is very active in training and showing our dogs. 

    In 2007, I became a provisional AKC judge for English Springer Spaniels.  Along with the breeds I'm approved to judge, I've judged sweepstakes for Weimaraners, Cocker Spaniels, Flat Coats, Chessies, German Shorthaired Pointers  and Brittanys.  I'm a member of the ESSFTA judges education committee, and past president of the Wisconsin English Springer Spaniel Association.  I'm a Registered Nurse since 1977, with a PhD in Nursing.   Besides the Packers, my life in dogs, and my profession, I love to sew, crochet, collect black amethyst depression glass, play keyboard by ear, and write songs.
