I have been an Afghan Hound exhibitor/breeder for over 35 years. I began with a bitch bred by Suny Shay of the Grandeur kennel. I aquired a Grandeur sire and from this I began my kennel. I also became involved in breeding and showing the Lhasa Ahpso during this time.

My club work involves membership in the A.H.C.A., the Board Presidency of the Afghan Hound Club of Omaha,  and the Presidency of the all-breed St. Joseph Kennel Club club for over 17 years.

I am approved to judge Afghan Hounds and Dachshunds. As of August, 2011 I am provisional in Bulldogs.
