I was a breeder/exhibitor of Vizslas and successfully competed in confirmation, obedience and hunting test. I have been an AKC approved judge since 1985 and currently approved for all sporting, all hounds and Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers and Siberian Husky. Over the years I have judged several national specialites in the USA (including the Golden Retriever Club of America Nationals twice), Canada and Denmark. I have served the Vizsla Club of America as Standing Show Chairman, Board of Director, Secretary and two terms as President. I have also served the Senior Confirmation Judges Association as Education Chair, Board of Director and President.
