My first dog was a mini Poodle, and started showing Poodles & German Shepherds in obedience and then conformation.  I started at 15 and as I first stepped into the ring at a fun match I knew I wanted to judge.  It took me 38 years to do that, but it has been totally worth it. 

Primary breeds now are Borzoi, Afghans, Smooth Fox Terriers.  I have judges sweeps in sporting breeds and hounds of all kinds.

The joy of the sport is that you can keep learning every day, about new dogs, breeds, training and people.
