I started in dogs in 1969 with a miniature Poodle in 4-H, training and showing in both obedience and Jr. Showmanship.  My next breed was a Shetland Sheepdog and from there I have had Dalmations, Dobermans, Toy Fox Terriers, Border Collies, Toy Poodles, Anatolian Shepherd Dogs, Kangal Dogs, Belgian Malinois, Alaskan Klee Kai, Rat Terriers, Greyhounds, American Eskimos, Beagles (13"), American Staffordshire Terriers, & Papillions, as well as handling many others.  I have titled dogs to their Championships as well as to Obedience (Utility level), Agility, Rally, and Herding titles.  I am currently cerified with the Doberman Pinchers and the Malinois as a Private Investigator with Narcotics Detection Dogs.  I enjoy the sport of dogs in all venues and am dedicated to  preserving the dog that not only looks pretty but can do the job that they are bred to do.
