I have been involved in exhibiting since 1962, having owner-handled Belgian Tervuren, Brittanies, Schipperkes and Great Pyrenees to Championship titles and breed wins, and my Tervurens to advanced obedience and agility titles, as well as a tracking title and Herding Tested.

I have been a UKC judge since 1995 and an AKC judge since 2003 and serve on the judges education committee for the American Belgian Tervuren Club where I do the technical work of producing our PowerPoint and Web presentations. I have also served on Tervuren breed standard revision committees, and had the honor of judging the Tervuren national in 2007. I especially enjoy judging Belgians for UKC where written critiques are required for the breed which provides a wonderful learning opportunity for both exhibitor and judge.
