Fingerhut 7422 Pine Forest Circle W., Lake Worth, FL 33467 IMPORTANT - TRANSFER of dogs from regular classes to Best of Breed/Variety Competition (Ch. 11 Section 6, AKC Rules) MUST be made to the Superintendent at least one half hour prior to the start of any regular conformation judging at this show.



	NO PRACTICING ALLOWED IN RINGS AT ANY TIME. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the event's Show Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made.



	NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Grooming will be conducted in the designated grooming rooms only. Please clean up after yourself and your dog(s). All crates must be stacked in the grooming areas. Crates will be permitted in the Ballroom only while your breed is being judged and at the discretion of the Show Committee. Exercise pens will be permitted in designated areas only. Exercise areas will be clearly marked and enforced. Please clean up after your dog(s). Dogs entered at this show MUST have up to date rabies and shot records available. Small Dogs only allowed on show grounds. Limited RV camping permitted. Guests staying in the hotel may park for free. RV camping reservation must be submitted and prepaid at $30.00 per night. No dogs permitted in public restrooms. No space for unentered dogs. The show giving club, the show superintendent, the hotel, their agents, employees, etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers to any of their dogs or property, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In an emergency situation, an exhibitor does have the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund).



	In the spirit of good sportsmanship, dogs owned or co-owned by members of the Judges' Selection Committee will not be entered or shown.

Mention "DOG SHOW" for the special room rate of $89.00 for 1 - 4 persons. If rooms are not guaranteed with a credit card, there will be a $50.00 non-refundable pet deposit. Special rates are available through June 9, 2003. Check-In Time is 4:00 P.M. Check Out Time 11:00 A.M. Small dogs only are allowed at the hotel. All guests at the hotel must comply with Hotel rules set forth by TDCCF. The Hotel may add a $5.00 per night non-refundable Pet Fee, not to exceed $25.00. An Event Committee Hearing will result as a violation of Hotel rules or any damage to Hotel/Motel rooms, grounds or premises. ROUTES TO THE SHOW SITE From East or West I-4 _ Take Exit 64-B (SR 192 West). Hotel is 2½ miles on the right. Route to Sand Lake Animal Clinic _ From Hotel, go East on Hwy. 192 to I-4, East on I-4 to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista - Hwy. 535). Left at bottom of ramp onto Hwy. 535. Continue straight, 535 turns into S. Apopka-Vineland Rd., Clinic is on the left at the corner of Pointe Cypress Dr. & S. Apopka-Vineland Rd., approximately 5 miles from I-4 Exit.

	ALL TROPHIES MUST BE CLAIMED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CLOSE OF JUDGING, NONE WILL BE MAILED. TROPHIES NOT CLAIMED WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SHIH TZU FANCIERS OF CENTRAL FLORIDA.

	RAFFLE EVERYONE WELCOME THE SHIH TZU FANCIERS WILL BE HOLDING A RAFFLE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING JUDGING. PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT FLORIDA RESCUE & THE GENERAL FUND. PLEASE BRING YOUR DONATIONS TO JO ANN WHITE OR NANCY STERN.




	All persons attending this show hereby waive any claim for damages against the S.T.F.C.F. or its members, in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation.



	RV & Campers Permitted on Limited Basis. Overnight camping will be permitted on a limited scale. Reservations are required with pre-payment. Those making reservations will be assigned a numbered location in advance. There will be no refunds or day of parking for RVs. There are no hook-ups and no dumping will be permitted on grounds. Handicapped individuals will have priority until final assignments are made. Arrivals may begin the evening of June 26th, 2003. All RVs must be removed from the grounds on Sunday, June 29th, 2003 within 2 hours after Best in Group unless special arrangements are made. No Reservations will be accepted after the limit is reached. Cost is $30.00 per night. Copies of Handicap Sticker must accompany request and be present on vehicle in plain view during entire time on grounds. All vehicles parked illegally wil be towed at owner's expense. Your area must be left clean when you leave. The Toy Dog Club of Central Florida will call an Event Committee Hearing for anyone who does not follow the parking rules and regulations.
