What if my dog's information is not on file?|
If we are unable to locate your dog in our database the online entry program will prompt you to enter the dogs information so that you may continue making an entry.
What if I type an incorrect fee?
For non MB-F superintended shows it is the user's responsibility to key in the correct class fee for the entry. For the user's convenience we provide links to many premium lists for non MB-F shows. The online entry system will accept and charge the amount keyed in (plus the administrative fee) and the entry will be forwarded to the show superintendent or secretary. The superintendent or show secretary will then send the user a refund or notify the user that money is due.
What is a reference number?
Upon credit card approval at the end of the make an entry process a reference
number is issued. This reference number allows users to check the status of online entries. Please print this page and write this number down. If the credit card is not approved a reference number will not be issued and the entries will not be accepted. It is the user's responsibility to resubmit the entry with another credit card or the entries will not be in the show.
Why does my status say forwarded when the show is an MB-F show?
The status of forwarded for an MB-F show means that the entry has been received and processed.
When are entries forwarded to other superintendents or show secretaries?
Entries are processed daily and a physical paper entry form is produced. The paper entry forms for show secretaries are sent via Federal Express two days before closing. The paper entry forms for agility entries are sent via Federal Express on the last business day prior to the opening date and each business day prior to the closing date. In the case of agility events with specific opening dates and times, every effort will be made to deliver the entries to the appropriate superintendent or show secretary at the appropriate time. The paper entry forms for AKC licensed superintendents(excluding MB-F) are sent via Federal Express (Priority) to the superintendents three times a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In the event of limitations, you should consider submitting your entry directly to the proper superintendent or show secretary.
