ASDCA/ASDI/ARBA/FIC/WWKC/UKC Grand Champion Whirling Dervish Tilki Bayan of Alaturka, CGC -- This little 'Foxy Lady' has accomplished more in her three years of showing than most dogs see in their entire lifetime. She has been one of the top Showdogs in the country during her entire show career ... being UKC's and WWKC's #1 Anatolian in 1996, and UKC's #2 Anatolian in 1997 & 1998 (these are the years she was bred and had litters on the ground). She currently holds the record for the most Rare Breed/UKC BIS wins of any Anatolian bitch. And, although she was retired in March 1998, this record has not been broken as of 1/1/2000.
Tilki produced some outstanding puppies from her first litter (born 4/3/97):
1) ARBA CH Alaturka's Kibar Dev of Senflower (ARBA #1 Anatolian for 1998), who at 14mo old took BIS at ARBA from the puppy class defeating Champions for Breed, and some of the top dogs in the country for the Group win.
2) AKC & Multi Rarebreed CH Alaturka's Kafadar of Tamoora (CKC #1 Anatolian 1998 & 1999, #3 Working Group, #19 ALL BREEDS), finishing six rarebreed & Int'l championships before he was two years of age. He finished his AKC Championship in January 2000, taking BOB eight times and BOS once in nine straight shows.
3) Alaturka's Kasirga, who took major points at just under 8 months of age at her first UKC dog show. She also took points at her first AKC show after the Anatolian was admitted to the Working Group. Kasirga has not been shown much up until now, but I am hoping to change that in the future.
Tilki's second litter (10/9/98) also produced some really nice pups, four of which have made their debut in the show ring, consistently picking up reserve winners ribbons. My Bred-by male, Alaturka's Safa of Senflower, has already taken a 4 point major at the grand old age of 9 months old!!
