He went to Peru as a puppy, to Jorge and Carla Simpson in Lima, and began his show career at the age of 5 months. He has 5 Junior BIS and before he came to the states gathered his 3rd BIS to finish the year as the #2 dog overall, handled by Gillermo Bastini, not a small feat for a puppy. Wes came off the airplane and went to a three day show and won two out of three days. He has continued to win, and now has his second major, show exclusively from the Bred By Exhibitor Class, winning the prestigous AKC award. He has outproduced himself with two amazing litters and we have retained all the pups so far and plan to debut them at the 2002 National in Indianapolis, please look for them. Wes will be homeward bound back to Peru to stand at stud. I will certainly miss him.
