About the Breeder:
We are Tammie Ford & Joyce Smith. Ponderosa Yorkshire Terriers & Pomeranians is located in the Foothills of NC. Pnderosa is our AKC Registered kennel name. We have been fanciers of our breeds since 1991. Here at Ponderosa we strive to show and breed Quality Healthy dogs that meet the standard. Strive to have excellent temperments and conformation and raise our puppies for the betterment of the breed, whether it be a show dog or a great little companion. We currently have 5 champions here at Ponderosa, finished our 1st homebred pom champion in 2003, our 2nd in 2004 who is currently showing as a special for us. We have several yorkies currently in the ring competing for their championships, along with several show hopefuls coming up for Ponderosa as well as others.
