About the Breeder:
We have a small, select kennel of show quality Pekingese. I have had Pekes since childhood, and have been actively breeding and showing since the early 90's. At CooDeeFoo, our aim is to produce a few litters each year in order to have something nice to show ourselves. Occasionally, we have champion produced puppies that we can share with others that love the breed as we do. We have finished more than twenty homebred AKC champions and others that we have purchased to compliment our breeding program. We enjoy training and showing the dogs ourselves and helping others that are serious about showing dogs and competition learn how to be successful in the ring. We were animal lovers before we became competitors in AKC shows. Our home is filled with several dogs and cats and a few other odd creatures that came to us via less fortunate situations. I have been actively involved in many levels of AKC club work. I am currently President of Clemson Kennel Club and Secretary of the Pekingese Club of Georgia. We are members of The Pekingese Club of America, several regional specialty clubs, and The Pekingese Club of the U.K. We currently have twelve AKC champion stud dogs and offer stud service to select, well-bred, quality bitches owned by concientious people. We believe strongly that dogs should have forever, loving homes after they are retired from the show ring. Most of our Pekes live out their retirement days here at CooDeeFoo.
