About the Breeder:
Bob Platukis founded Firstline Rhodesian Ridgebacks in 1985. He was a member of the Board of Directors of neerc for several years. Bob has a masters degree in education and is a retired teacher. For years Bob has bred to quality males to produce healthy pets and several group placing ridgebacks. He was the #3 breeder in 1991, bred two #1 brood dams and one Register of Merit female-Tigressa of Firstline. In 2005, Firstline finised two AKC champions both of which had several Best of Breeds.
