About the Breeder:
I have been breeding and showing dogs for the past 35 years, first Old English Sheepdogs but a little more than five years ago acquired my first Greater Swiss. Axel finished his championship at the age of 10 months, owner-handled. Moxie, a lovely, very typey bitch, finished owner-handled as well. We're currently showing our new young 2 year old, Bowie, who finished 2008 as the #3 Swissy (#1 Owner-Handled) in the country. In addition to conformation, we have also begun competing in working events such as herding, pack dog, and weight pull, etc. Most importantly, these dogs are my pets and temperament and health are of primary importance. Only my dogs who pass all requisite health clearances will be considered for breeding...and then, only for the betterment of the breed.
