About the Breeder:
I love the standard Longhaired Dachshund breed and have been an owner/breeder for over 25 years. I am currently in the 8th generation of my own bloodlines. My dogs' predigrees carry lines from Germany, Canada and some of the best in the US. I breed for exceptionally good temperaments and according to breed standard. The dogs I produce are dogs you can be proud of and will become a family member. I have puppies on occasion and breed selectively. I screen new home prospects very carefully. I have been a relatively successful breeder/handler in AKC confirmation competions with several champion titled dogs. I'm always willing to help people who are interested in this wonderful variety of the breed.
