About the Breeder:
First mastiff purchased in 1985. Kennel is known as StoneHouse. In 20 years have bred a best in show and national specialty winner. From our first litter came Ch. StoneHouse Country Squire, who won the Mastiff Club of America National Specialty Best of Breed and later that year won Best in Show at Grand River Kennel Club. In 20 years we have bred not only Squire, known as Silver but two other group placers, Ch StoneHouse Country Gentleman and Ch StoneHouse Country Vagabond. Had the number 2 best of opposite bitch in 1996. Ch StoneHouse Country Accent. From the last litter of 9 puppies, 7 became champions. Have a 14 year old mastiff bitch still living as of 11/2005. We have to our credit two United Kennel Club Champions of record and three International Kennel Club champions. This has been accomplished through selective breeding with 7 litters to our credit producing 31 puppies of which 15 were AKC champions.
