About the Breeder:
We bought our first Border Terrier in Feb. 2003 and showed him to his championship by Oct. 2003.We loved the breed so much that we had a total of five by July 2004. We belong to three different clubs and are involved in conformation, junior showmanship, earthdog, and obedience.We do all health tests recommended by the BTCA. We have had much success because of the quality of the dogs we bought and the mentoring of several people who have been in dogs for 25+ years. We always try to learn from people who are more experienced and we are interested in the welfare of the breed.Our dog Wicket, who was whelped in our bedroom, is the first American bred BT to win a class at Crufts. In March 2007, he won the yearling class and took second in open class. He is listed in The Kennel Club (England) stud book. He also took Best of Breed all 4 days at the World Dog Show in Mexico City May 2007, so he is an international champion too. He was winners dog and first award of merit at our National Specialty in 2006. His sister was also an award of merit winner, and their dad, Glen, was first in stud dog class. We also won 2 bitch classes at our specialty in OR, Sept 2007, and took Reserve winners bitch. Our son, CT, and his dog Glen, won Best Junior at Eukanuba in Dec. 2007 out of 159 kids. We like our dogs more than a lot of people that we know. We want to sell puppies to great people and are interested in talking to you. We can answer questions about the breed.
