About the Breeder:
Linda began in the show world with Dalmatians, in 1973. She subsequently produced 14 champions in that breed, including top winners in Japan and Canada in addition to the U.S. She owned and handled the #2 Dalmatian bitch in the US (#1 owner-handled)in the mid-1980s, which won BOB and Group 3rd at the AKC Centennial Show, BOB at the DCA National Specialty show, and numerous regional specialties and all-breed shows. By the mid-1990's, Linda was looking for a smaller breed with which to continue her showing and breeding interests, and decided upon Standard Manchester Terriers. In short order, she finished her first Manchester, acquired and campaigned her second, and has since produced and exhibited several champions of her own breeding. Charlin Manchesters have won Best in Sweepstakes at the AMTC National Specialty Show, BOV at many AMTC District specialty shows, BOV at the KC of Philadelphia show ('National Dog Show'), BOV at the Montgomery County KC show, the world's Terrier showcase, and multiple Terrier Group placements. A closely-managed breeding program which selects for correct type, movement and size, calm and jovial temperament, and excellent health, Charlin Manchesters have proven their worth in the show ring and as loyal companions to all their appreciative owners.
