About the Breeder:
We've moved from NC to the Phoenix suburbs of Arizona! Moonrise Havanese & Tibetan Terriers may be our kennel name, but we don't have a kennel. We have a home where our dogs are part of our family and we only have champion bred puppies occasionally. We don't believe in breeding puppies before they are old enough to have the necessary health testing done, so all of our breeding dogs are over 2 years old, have been BAER tested for hearing, OFA certified for hips, and are CERF'd annually, as well as any additional testing recommended by our breed parent clubs. In addition, all of our puppies are BAER tested prior to placement. We're members of the Tibetan Terrier Club of America, the Havanese Club of America, Superstition Kennel Club, and have kept our membership in the Piedmont Kennel Club as well. Moonrise is home to World Champion mother and daughter Tibetan Terriers and World Champion mother and daughter Havanese. We still enjoy our original moms who have long since "retired", but continue to watch over our third and fourth generation puppies!
