About the Breeder:
although i have been working with dogs for over 15years i have decided this is one of the last things i need to learn about dogs. we have picked this breed because we adopted one an older woman could not bring to the nursing home with. we fell in love with the dog ( Sugar ) and the woman had regular visits with her beloved shih tzu. as we like to say, we blame it on the dog. the breed picked us we did not pick the breed. cant go wrong with a shih tzu. we have loads of support from our shih tzu friends, vets and breeders. we are showing our dogs because we want to perfect our line and breed for AKC standards. we have been showing for about 2 years and it has been fun and educational. we now have 3 dogs in the show circut. we plan to make them all champions, if not ourselves we will have pro handlers. UPDATE! We have 2 Champions and one on the way. Hope to breed our first champion sired litter this summer providing all the testing proves they are compatable.
