About the Breeder:
My introduction to the pbgv began a special journey for me...in discovery of a breed that is truely my match. Years later,I cannot imagine my life without these bright, strategizing, comedic and tenacious hounds... The foundation of LE CHASSE comes from one of the most reknown kennels in the country of origin- France. These lines have been selectively bred to dogs out of danish,english and american lines. My objective as a breeder is to breed for a balence of type,health, conformation and temperment; not forfeiting any one for the sake of another. All puppies are whelped in my home, placed no earlier than ten weeks of age, receive a health guarantee and have received a baseline ocular exam (CERF). We encourage life long communication and support to our extended family. I am a member in good standing of PBGVCA,Club du Griffon Vendeen(france),Basset Griffon Vendeen (UK) and the International Club du Griffon Vendeen (consortium)
