About the Breeder:
Our involvement in the breeding and training of retrievers began in 1980, at which time we raised both Labrador Retrievers and Springer Spaniels. Being a avid hunter myself, but living in an area of limited upland game we soon limited our breeding program exclusively to the Labrador. Initially bred for our own use, we began a limited breeding program as local interest in our dogs grew. Our breeding program, although principally designed for the field enthusiast still incorporates conformation, color and temperment. The color: a rich dual coated Chocolate. The conformation: deep chested and slightly taller for speed and endurance and a proportionately sized muzzel for larger game birds. Temporment:a calm and gentle family dog who will hunt or play as hard as you.
