About the Breeder:
While I was growing up, we always had 3-9 dogs, whose care and training were my responsibility. My first 'show' dog was a Borzoi, and I owned, and co-owned several. Then I met a Harrier, and the rest is history. At Wesford, we strive, for soundness and temperament combined with excellent type. Our Harriers are OFA & CERF tested. Puppies are home-raised and socialized. A contract is required for all puppies/adults. We utilize the AKC Limited Registration and require a spay/neuter contract on all non-show pups. I am a Founding and Charter Member of the Harrier Club of America (HCA), HCA Code of Ethics Breeder, HCA Liason to AKC Canine Health Foundation, and served on the HCA Board of Directors for 10 years.
