About the Breeder:
I started with Lhasa four years ago, the person who sold me my first Lhasa must have seen me coming, because it was a pet..not a show dog as I was quaranteed. By the time I found this out and some back ground on it's breeding I would not allow myself to send the dog back. Therefore I did the responible thing, had it fixed and gave it away to a widow who wonted company. They live happily together and the dog is loved beyond your wildest dreams.
This left me looking for dogs. A Breeder I meet, felt for me and she sold me my first Show dog. I finished him very fast and them put him out with a hanler.
I did this with better Judgement then I did my first dog. I found the most wonderful Handler, she treats my dogs with love and they come first to her. I highly recommend her to everyone. The first dog of my she got in late April 2001 and he was number 4 last year. This past year she had a bitch which she received in mid May and she was number 2 last year. This bitch was from Canada
/american breeding. I have only had two litters of puppies. The first litter produced three and all three I either finished myself or where in show homes. At present they are all Champions and made there mother a ROM(Record of Merit).
This same bitch had a second litter and they will be shown in 2003. All the dogs and bitchs of that litter are in show homes. On actually already has 7 points one of them being a Major. I did keep two out of this litter. At present I am trying to decide if I really need the male. He is just too good to let anyone except a serious show home have.
I worked for a handler in my younger days, and then went back to them after my kids were all on their own.
I breed for Temperment first, show quaility second, after all these dogs will be pets as well as show dogs.
