About the Breeder:
Mo-River kennels is a small breeding program of 2 breedable girl Aussies and 2 boy Aussies. I breed on a limited basis to help insure the quality of my puppies. Max and Dylan are currently available for stud service. All the dogs are maintained as house pets and are valued family members. I am proud to have four Las Rocosa Aussies. All my dogs are both ASCA and AKC registered. If intereted in aquiring a puppy you must fill out an application to get on the waiting list. I have owned Aussies since 1995. I currently own four beautiful Aussies, Max (Black Tri), Lady (Red Tri), Abby (Blue Merle - double blue eyes) Dylan (Red Merle - double blue eyes). I also co-own the pick of Lady's first litter, Ginger (Red Tri). All of my dogs are trained by me for obedience, agility, herding and for fun Frisbee. I live in the country outside Richmond, Missouri; 30 miles east of Kansas City Missouri. I am married and have a 1 year old daughter (Danielle) and an 13 year old step daughter (Nicole) who handles the dogs in obedience. I have been a member of ASCA & AKC since 1996 and I am also a Board member for the Humane Society of Ray County HSRC and volunteer for Aussie Rescue Placement Help (ARPH) I welcome people out to my home to visit my dogs and I encourage those with little or no experience with Aussies to come see my dogs to make sure an Aussie is the right dog for you. If you are not in my immediate area, I can usually arrange for you to get in touch with someone in your area who is involved with Aussies. I also recommend and give as a gift with each puppy purchased, a book written by Joseph Hartnagle, 'Australian Shepherds A New Owner's Guide to Australian Shepherds'. I also recommend 'All About Aussies' by Jeanne Joy Hartnagle-Taylor
